The Inner City Outtripping Centre is sponsored by the City of Toronto Department of Parks and Recreation and its community partners, including the Toronto Police Service. Since 1995, the ICOC has been developing canoeing and outtripping programs for children and youth throughout the city. It is the mandate of the ICOC to provide safe and accessible outdoor recreation experiences.
