Our summer programs are based at Sunnyside Beach. We are located at Sunnyside Gus Ryder Pool on the south side of the building, facing the boardwalk and beach.
The major intersection is Lakeshore Blvd at Parkside Dr (mapquest us using 1755 Lakeshore Blvd W, Toronto, ON). This location is accessible by TTC -- take the 80 Queensway bus from Keele Station, or 501 Queen/508 Lakeshore streetcar to Parkside Dr.
Sunnyside has changed a lot over the years, but has been a location for outdoor and aquatic activities for a long time. Search the Toronto Archives image database (and also the virtual exhibit on organized children's leisure) for historical photos like these:
Sunnyside bathing station, c.1924

Submerged canoe, Sunnyside at foot of Roncesvalles Ave, c.1910
